For Participants
Participants, spouses and qualified domestic partners and dependent children may
register and
login to view claims,
eligibility and plan forms and documents. Some participants may have limited access
to registration and login depending on services we provide to your plan(s).
For Providers
Providers that have submitted claims to Northwest Administrators, Inc. may
register and
login to access information about claims submitted and view
participant eligibility.
For Clients
Trustees, local union representatives, employers and plan service providers may
register and
login to access plan
forms and documents. Registration may require verification.
Visit us in person
We are available to assist you in person at one of our six locations. We can help you with health and welfare or pension questions
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contact the office near you to schedule an appointment.
