Each time you visit a healthcare provider and file a claim, you receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which explains how your claim was processed.
By choosing to go GREEN and opt-out of receiving paper Explanation of Benefit (EOB) statements, you are electing to receive an email when a new EOB has been posted to your online account. See sample email notification below.
Please note:
Choosing to go GREEN: If you choose to opt-out of receiving paper EOBs, please note that selecting the Submit button will send a confirmation e-mail to your registered e-mail address. You must click the link in the e-mail in order to complete the e-EOB registration process.
If you choose to go GREEN you will continue to receive paper copies of EOB statements for Time Loss claims and any EOB with a reimbursement check.

Dependent Information: NWA will not send an e-mail notification when an EOB is posted for a dependent that is under the age of 14. Dependents 14 and over may elect the electronic EOB option but must create their own account at www.nwadmin.com
The electronic EOB statements on the website are identical to the paper EOB statements you would receive in the mail and you can retrieve and print them for your records 24x7x365.
