We customize our computer- and web-based administrative systems for the
specific needs of each Trust.
NWA provides monthly billing, accounting and
eligibility services for thousands of employers participating in Taft-Hartley Trusts.
When employers make monthly payments as specified in their collective
bargaining agreements and based on Trust eligibility rules, NWA determines
eligibility for the following benefits:
- Pension Plans
- Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plans
- Hour Bank and Vacation Bank Plans
- Training Trusts
NWA consolidates contribution and eligibility data
from every participating employer and retiree and ensures that these benefits
are properly allocated to each participant. By consolidating this
information and maintaining the entire work history of a participant in a
single database, NWA can easily certify and correctly calculate eligibility for
benefits.
Trusts: Claims Administration
From its earliest days, NWA has been an unrivaled expert in claims

NWA is an approved claims payor with the major stop loss insurance
